My skills and experience are in high demand right now and employers compensate well for them and I enjoy doing this. I’d be extremely wary of pursuing employment with a place that didn’t want to be open about compensation from the beginning. It is literally the defining characteristic of “a job.” The only reason people hold a job is for compensation. Prove your skills and then negotiate the starting salary if you are still in the game This does not mean pay is wrong, but i would never have a person working for me, that only work for the money.

    I would never even consider to interview a person that start with asking how much the job pay before applying to the job. In Norway, salary wont be mentioned until 3 round interview. While I commend Asobo in seeking new talent, I personally think they need to “up their game” significantly with their Job Advertising content, if they wish to get noticed by the caliber of talent they would appear to need.īTW, For those who are now living in France, and coming in from out of the country, seeking employment in France is a major hurdle in itself … and that’s another MAJOR obstacle !
